READING GROUP February 2026 - July 2026 A monthly online reading and discussion group for coaches and consultants to explore Jungian Psychology. This group covers the basic principles and provides a foundation of understanding.

The Foundations of Jungian Coaching is intended for anyone with an interest in exploring Jungian psychology, but will be of particular interest to experienced coaches and organisational consultants. No previous knowledge of Jungian psychology is needed.

This is not a training programme. Each month we will focus on an aspect of Jungian theory, exploring programme reading and materials, and will reflect on the practical implications for a modern coaching practice.

We will use the book 'A Jungian Approach to Coaching: The Theory and Practice of Turning Leaders into People' as our primary text, with additional curated reading as appropriate. You will need to buy the book yourself but all other materials will be provided.

The group will meet between 17:00 and 18:00 UK time for six sessions over the following dates:

24th February 2026: Understanding the Mind

24th March 2026: Approaching the Deep Unconscious

21st April 2026: Facing Life and Midlife

19th May 2026: Spinning Tales and Making Meaning

23rd June 2026: Dealing with the Dark

21st July 2026: Considering Gender and Final Reflections*

* The final session will be from 17:00 to 18:30 to allow time for any final group reflections

All our discussions will be recorded for further reference or reflections.

Materials will be available until 31st July 2026. All recordings will be deleted on this date.
