Introduction to Psychodynamic Thinking is intended for anyone wondering about psychodynamic psychology and why it matters. it may be particularly useful for coaches and leaders who want to better understand what may be happening 'below the surface' for their clients and teams.
The programme consists of 5x10-15 minute recorded sessions and curated materials, followed by a one hour webinar, to explore any questions and implications. The recorded sessions also contain extra curated materials.
Each 10-minute session combines a theoretical understanding with practical insights to equip participants with foundational knowledge of how psychodynamic principles help us to better understand why we do what we do.

Katie is a senior leadership coach and consultant with over 20 years of leadership experience, specialising in organisational culture and innovation. She holds a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, a Masters of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge in International Relations, and completed her MBA with Warwick Business School, her dissertation focusing on leadership in the age of AI.
Her psychoanalytic training at the British Jungian Analytic Association informs her psychodynamic coaching approach. Katie is a certified Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
