Our Faculty

Meet us

Our programmes are shaped by people who work below the surface for a living.

Each brings their own training, background, and way of seeing — coaches, consultants, and practitioners rooted in Jungian, psychodynamic, and systemic thinking. What they share is a belief that real change starts where it's hardest to look: in the unconscious patterns that shape how we lead, relate, and decide.

Below, you can read more about the people behind our webinars, reading groups, and events.
