May 2025-November 2025 A monthly online reading and discussion group for coaches and consultants to explore Jungian Psychology. This group extends to more recent developments and practical applications.

Relationship in Jungian Coaching is intended for anyone with an interest in exploring Jungian psychology, but will be of particular interest to experienced coaches and organisational consultants. It builds on reading from the Foundations Reading Group or some other study of Jungian psychology.

This is not a training programme. Each month we will focus on an aspect of Jungian theory, exploring programme reading and materials, and will reflect on the practical implications for a modern coaching practice.

We will use the book 'A Jungian Approach to Coaching: The Theory and Practice of Turning Leaders into People' as our primary text, with additional curated materials as appropriate. You will need to buy the book yourself but all other materials will be provided.

The group will meet between 17:00 and 18:00 UK time for six sessions over the following dates:

27th May 2025: Finding Ourselves in Others

24th June 2025: Working with Groups

29th July 2025: Creating the Spaces to Change

August 2025: No group

30th September 2025: Exploring the Cultural Complex

28th October 2025: Building Therapeutic Organisations

25th November 2024: Towards a Therapeutic World*

* The final session will be from 17:00 to 18:30 to allow time for any final group reflections

All our discussions will be recorded for further reference or reflections.
