We offer full refunds for any cancellations made more than four weeks prior to the start of all our programmes. We offer a 50% refund for any cancellation made more than two weeks prior to the start of the programmes. 

If for any reason, a programme is cancelled by Heresy, we will of course provide full refund. 

We regret we cannot offer refunds in other circumstances. 

All course prices include VAT at UK tax rates (currently 20%).

We don’t send access links separately.

AI notetakers such as Fireflies, will not be admitted to the webinar, to protect the privacy of participants and the intellectual property of Heresy Consulting and our partners. All recordings are recorded and published after the webinar, should you need to access them.

You should be able to view your invoice by going to your Settings here: https://heresyprogrammes.podia.com/customer/settings/edit

Once there, go to Billing and click on Invoices. You’ll see a list of your invoices, and from there you can download a PDF copy.
